- The contracting and use of our services is carried out under the total and exclusive responsibility of the user.
- We are not responsible for warnings, suspensions, blocks or any measures taken by Kick as a consequence of using the acquired services.
3. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, pause or discontinue our services, totally or partially, at any time and without prior notice.
4. Payments and Refunds
- All payments made on our website are final and non-refundable, unless there is a verifiable error on our part.
- In case of order cancellation for technical or internal reasons, a total or partial refund may be issued as appropriate.
5. Limitation of Liability
KickViews will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services, including sanctions by Kick.

Refund and Compensation Policy

1. Refunds
No refunds are made for changes of mind, user errors, problems with external platforms (such as Kick or others) or for incorrect use of the service.
Refunds will only be evaluated in the following cases:
- When the service has not been delivered at all.
2. Compensations
Instead of refunds, in most cases we offer equivalent compensations (such as service time extension, activation of a new equivalent service or credit balance).
Compensations will be evaluated case by case and may be granted when:
- The service has been partially delivered or functioned intermittently.
- A service outage has occurred for more than 15% of the contracted time, and a failure of our system is confirmed.
3. Request Process
- Submit the request within 12 hours after the failure.
- Provide the affected order number and a clear explanation of the problem.
- Wait up to 48 business hours for case review.
4. Limitations
- Specific results (such as an exact number of viewers) are not guaranteed, due to the variable nature of traffic.
- We are not responsible for blocks or sanctions imposed by external platforms as a result of using our services.
5. Exclusions
- Problems caused by poor client configuration (for example, incorrectly entering the link or username).
- Outages or blocks on the target platform that prevent proper service operation.
- Sharing of accounts or passwords that generate access or security conflicts.
- Non-compliance with minimum technical recommendations indicated by our team.
6. Compensation Limits
- Compensations will not exceed the total value paid for the affected service.
- For promotional, trial or specially discounted services, compensation will be proportional to the actual value paid.
- Only one compensation per affected order can be requested.
7. User Responsibility
- Carefully review the description of each service before making a purchase.
- Use services within the legal framework and respecting the policies of the target platform.
- Report any issues clearly and promptly, using official support channels.
